We are seeking a skilled Chef to prepare authentic Indian and Asian cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu preparation, food production, stock control, kitchen cleanliness, and compliance with HACCP food safety procedures. The role requires teamwork, consistency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen. Experience preparing Indian cuisine, including tandoori dishes, curries and other traditional menu items, is required. Main Duties Prepare and cook authentic Indian and Asian dishes. Assist with menu planning and recipe development. Maintain food quality and presentation standards. Follow HACCP and food safety regulations. Manage stock and minimise food waste. Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment. Work effectively with the kitchen team. Skill & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience as a chef. Knowledge of Indian cuisine. Ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills. HACCP knowledge preferred. Education Professional culinary qualification is preferred. However, candidates with a minimum of 2 years' relevant professional chef experience will also be considered.
