Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

The use of horticultural equipment includes lawnmower, strimmer, leaf blower, and lawn edger.
Proper handling of pesticides. Training will be given.
Regular sweeping and cleaning of the inside of a building, toilets and sinks.
Some manual labor is necessary to prepare for events. Chairs and Tables.
Rake the jump pits. Maintain the track area in a clean and organised manner.
Prune back any overgrowth. Set up, maintain and modify road signs before mowing the grass along the village.
SLG training will be provided.  Eligibility criteria is 1 year on more on a DSP payment or over 50 and signing for credits for 3 months or more.  Apply through your local Intreo office or online.  CE Superviosr 087 13 24 723
