The Role: Leading service: Running your section whilst overseeing all stations with confidence during busy services. Ensuring every plate consistently meets high-end standards to guarantee a seamless guest experience. Mise en Place: Expert preparation of seasonal vegetables, high-quality meats, and sustainable West Cork seafood. Collaboration: Working alongside experienced owners to create a menu that is appealing to our high end clientele, but also is practical to execute. Your ideas and creativity are encouraged and embraced by passionate owners who are hospitality veterans. Stock management and ordering of all produce and kitchen supplies. Standards: Maintaining impeccable HACCP and kitchen safety standards. Who You Are Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar high-quality CDP role. Ingredient-Obsessed: You care about where your food comes from and love working with raw, seasonal produce. Team-First: You’re a “roll up your sleeves” chef who leads by example and is happy to help across the kitchen to deliver a smooth service. Passionate: You have an insatiable curiosity for food trends, natural wines, and creative cooking.
