Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
•To carry out all duties in accordance with Westport Town Hall’s Health and Safety policies and relevant legislation and work in such a way as to promote a culture of safety. •To maintain and clean all areas of the Facility and be responsible for opening and closing the facility as required. The objective of the post is to maintain all areas of the theatre building to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment. •Duties to include cleaning all toilets front of house and back stage, vacuuming/cleaning floors, cleaning the auditorium, community rooms, bar and dressing rooms, emptying bins, cleaning the Green Room (including kitchen area), cleaning glass and keeping the balcony and yard-entrance area tidy and presentable. •To report any maintenance issues to be addressed (e.g. replace lightbulbs, furniture/equipment defects, cleaning equipment issues, cleaning stock etc)
