Meat Processing Operative required to work at Feoil O Criostoir Teoranta located at Ballyburden, Ballincollig, Co. Cork. Must have at least 2 years' experience in similar role. Duties are: 1. Slaughters livestock and prepares carcasses for further processing in accordance with food safety regulations; 2. De-bones, trims, cuts and prepares meat products using knives, saws and other hand or power tools; 3. Operates machinery to mince, mix, cure, and vacuum-pack meat products; 4. Sorts, weighs, labels and packs meat products for storage and distribution; 5. Cleans and sanitises equipment and work areas, maintaining hygiene, HACCP and health and safety standards at all times.
