General Handyperson / Property Maintenance Technician JR Property Maintenance Location: County Meath, Ireland Job Type: Full-time Salary:€37 000 per year (depending on experience) Start Date: On or before 1 April 2026 Transport: Own vehicle required About the Role JR Property Maintenance is looking for an experienced, reliable General Handyperson to join our growing property maintenance and renovation business. This is a full-time, hands-on position involving a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance, repair and renovation work throughout the year. Main Duties The successful candidate will carry out a range of property maintenance tasks, including: Wall and floor tiling Interior and exterior painting Surface preparation General property repairs and renovations Patio and outdoor improvement work Routine property maintenance General handyman duties as required Essential Requirements Applicants must have: Proven experience in general property maintenance, handyman work, or renovations Experience in painting and tiling The ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons Good organisational and time management skills The ability to follow instructions and complete work to a high standard A reliable, professional approach to work A full, clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle Please note: Applications from candidates who do not have the required experience will not be considered.
