Automotive Mechanic
Location: Willows Automotive, Kill, Co. Kildare

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Mechanic to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position suited to an experienced technician who is committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.
Prepare vehicles for NCT testing and complete any necessary repairs.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and identify potential issues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop.
Work efficiently while ensuring all work meets manufacturer and industry standards.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive mechanic.
QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft – Motor Mechanic (or equivalent).
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full clean driving licence.

Hours: 39-hour working week.
15 Minute Paid Break + 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Optional overtime available, paid at time and a half, where available.
