Dineen Crash Repairs Limited are looking for multiple skilled Motor Vehicle Technicians to join our workshop team in Lehenaghmore, Togher, Cork, T12 P864. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards. This role requires technical expertise, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

The salary range starts from €36,605 (18.05/hr) to €54,000 based on a 39-hour week. Salary may be more based on experience and will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. 

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs.
Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment and repair methods.
Perform inspections and prepare vehicles for NCT tests.
Replace or repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
Complete all work in line with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Accurately record work carried out and parts used.
Work collaboratively with service advisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:
Fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (National Craft Certificate or equivalent apprenticeship).
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification workshop experience.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills.
Familiarity with modern vehicle systems and diagnostic software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
Full, clean driving licence.

Desirable:
Manufacturer training or certification with a recognised brand.
Experience in hybrid and electric vehicle maintenance/repair.
Air conditioning and refrigeration certification.
Experience in a main dealer or insurance-approved repair environment.
