You will provide hands-on technical support, mentor team members, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, and help drive continuous improvement across operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, proven supervisory experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to health and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and supportive environment.
