Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

If you possess the qualities that make can carry out light maintenance work, this job is for you. Are you someone who will make sure their premises are kept clean, orderly, safe for everyone and has the ability to see things that other people can't and will clean things that they didn't even know needed cleaning.  No experience necessary.

Duties will include general cleaning, that will include:
Maintain the building to a good standard.
carry out any light repair work that is needed.
Checking and picking up rubbish that may be dropped or blown into the grounds.
Put out bins.
Keeping gravel free of weeds.
Maintaining shrub and flower bed that goes around on one side and at the back of the hall.
Painting railings where needed.
Helping with moving chairs, tables and props for stage 
Painting doors, walls and stair steps and banisters and other areas that may need painting ie from time to time the stage floor needs painting.
Woodwork skills would also be great for small jobs. 
Generally being available to help out at an event if required.   
Set up & break down of equipment for different groups.
Clean toilets & kitchen area. 
Maintain big hall area.
Open & Close for groups.
