Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Taking bookings.  Opening and closing the hall when necessary as most groups have their own key.  Keeping the hall clean and ready for use. Order supplies for the which may be delivered or purchased locally.  Generating invoices for user groups and collecting money for same. Contacting tradesmen regarding maintenance required from time to time in the hall i.e plumber, electrician.  Liaising with the local Parish Priest  regarding new users of the hall and checking that new groups have the relevant insurance and child protection policies in place.
