Commis Chef/ Chef de Partie wanted for a charming, busy countryside pub and restaurant in Woodford, Co Galway.

The Role 
We are seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our small, friendly kitchen team. You will support our senior chef, learn all aspects of the kitchen, and help prepare fresh, high-quality food. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a supportive environment. 

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily food preparation.
Cook and plate dishes under senior chef supervision.
Keep work stations clean and organized during service.
Follow strict HACCP and food safety routines.
Receive and store deliveries safely and correctly.
Help maintain kitchen hygiene and dishwashing when required.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. 
Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Reliable transport due to our rural countryside location.
Legal right to work full-time in Ireland.
