Plant Machinery Operator Assessor | Finland Salary: €60,000 - €62,000 (DOE) Location: Finland Contract: Permanent, Rotational Rotation Options: 3 weeks on / 1 week off (flights covered) About the Role We are seeking experienced construction, plant, and heavy industry professionals to assess plant operators on a major project in Finland. This is a specialist safety-focused role where you'll evaluate operator competence, site safety, and compliance standards. No assessor qualification required - full training will be provided. Essential Requirements EU/EEA citizenship Full driving licence Experience in one or more of the following: Plant machinery operation Plant fitting/mechanics Construction Health & Safety Site supervision/foreman roles Heavy industry or plant hire Crane driving, rigging, or banksman roles Strong knowledge of plant machinery and safe site operations Willingness to work rotationally or relocate to Finland CSCS Card advantageous.
