Position: Bartender
Location: Co.Sligo
Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Salary: €14.50 – €15.00 per hour (Gross)
Start Date: Immediate

Cost: €130 per week
Utilities may be shared between occupants where applicable
Accommodation arranged to support international and relocating employees

About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an experienced Bartender to join a busy and established luxury hotel operation located along Ireland's spectacular Atlantic coastline.

This respected hospitality business operates a busy bar, restaurant, conference, wedding, and events department, welcoming both local guests and international visitors throughout the year.

The successful candidate will become part of a professional Food & Beverage team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
Maintain a clean and organised bar area
Process payments accurately using POS systems
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control
Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times
Assist with bar setup and closing procedures
Work closely with restaurant and events teams
Follow all company procedures and hygiene standards
Candidate Requirements
Previous Bartender experience required
Good knowledge of bar operations and beverage service
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good English language skills
Positive attitude and professional presentation
Flexible regarding evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to work as part of a team
