Position: Front of House Supervisor
Location:Co.Leitrim
Salary: €15.50-€16.00 per hour
Accommodation: Optional accommodation at €500 per month (all-inclusive) for the first 6 months
Staff Meals: Provided during working hours
Tips: Additional earnings through gratuities
Start Date: Immediate / Negotiable

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join a busy and quality-focused hospitality operation.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and working within a fast-paced environment where customer service excellence is at the heart of the operation.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily service delivery, developing staff, and ensuring consistently high standards across all aspects of front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of front-of-house operations.
Lead, motivate, and supervise service staff.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.
Assist with staff training, coaching, and development.
Ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally.
Support management with operational procedures and service standards.
Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
