We are seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Sous Chef to join our team. You will assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly, supervise daily operations, prepare high-quality dishes, and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, food preparation and cooking to consistent standards - Supervise and support kitchen staff, assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow - Manage inventory, check stock levels and place orders as needed - Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food hygiene regulations and workplace health & safety rules - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas and equipment - Step in to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent
