We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Social Worker to join a multidisciplinary team in Ireland. This role involves supporting individuals, families, and communities to improve wellbeing, safeguard vulnerable persons, and promote positive outcomes through professional social work practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess the needs of individuals and families and develop appropriate support plans.
Provide emotional support, advocacy, and practical assistance to service users.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, educators, and community services.
Safeguard children and vulnerable adults in line with national policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and reports.
Participate in case conferences, reviews, and multidisciplinary meetings.
Promote social inclusion, independence, and empowerment.

Requirements:
Recognized qualification in Social Work.
Registration with CORU (or eligibility to register).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of Irish social care policies, legislation, and best practice.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Desirable
Experience in child protection, disability services, mental health, or community care.
Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
