Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Duties to include: 
1. Maintaining green areas, Landscaping, trimming, lawn mowing and general maintenance in the Drumshanbo/Ballinaglera areas.
2. Grass cutting and hedge trimming
3. Litter picking and weed control
4. Lawnmower and Strimmer use
5. Painting and decorating
6. Use and storage of tools safety and correctly
7. Use of pesticides and chemicals.
