We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Retail and Yard Assistant to join our busy landscaping retail store.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable products for their needs.
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all customers.
Replenish stock and maintain high standards of store presentation.
Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking shelves.
Support the team with day-to-day store operations.
Operate the till and process customer transactions accurately.
Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
Work with manufacturing timber products

The Ideal Candidate

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn about our products and assist customers confidently.
Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
An interest in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor products would be an advantage.
Experience with DIY or working with timber
