Handyperson **Job Summary:** A Handyman carries out general repair and maintenance tasks in homes, community buildings, or workplaces. The role involves a variety of basic jobs, including fixing, painting, assembling, and general upkeep. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform minor repairs (e.g. doors, windows, locks, fences). * Carry out painting, patching, and touch-ups. * Assemble furniture and install shelves, curtain rails, etc. * Basic plumbing tasks like fixing leaks or unblocking drains. * General outdoor maintenance, such as clearing paths or fixing gates. * Identify issues needing specialist attention and report them. **Skills and Qualifications:** * Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general DIY. * Ability to use tools safely and effectively. * Good problem-solving and practical thinking. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
