Lotts Production Limited trading as Lotts & Co. is looking for a full-time, permanent Chef de Partie to join our team.

Duties include preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes; monitoring food quality and waste control; maintaining high standards of food hygiene and food safety; and ensuring HACCP procedures are followed.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, hold HACCP training, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, health and safety.

Permanent full-time position

Annual salary: €37,000

Hours: 40 per week
