As Supervisor the person will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the management of the branch and in his absence to take full responsibility for the management of the branch. The person will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieve service, sales and quality targets etc in a customer-focused environment whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to including Health & Safety  

Key Tasks Required: 
To supervise and to actively work on Motor Vehicles on the workshop floor 
Achieve Company and branch objectives & targets 
Ensuring all administrative work in conducted in a timely manner 
Recording all relevant details on our in-house systems 
Supporting Branch Manager as requested e.g. Audits 
Using materials, parts and equipment in an efficient manner 
Full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures 
Adhering fully to the Company’s operations manual 
Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers 
Understand and adhere to all the Company policies and procedures/operations manual 

Essential Requirements: 
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role 
Good Technical and Motor Experience 
Excellent Communication skills 
Must have leadership experience 
Driving License essential
