Ballybrook Limited is looking to hire Technical Analyst Computing SOC 2135 to work with them at The Waterfront, Rathmullan, Drogheda, Co Louth, A92HH75, Ireland. The job is permanent full time starting on 27/10/2026 at a salary of 36,610 euros annually and 37.5 hours work weekly. - Be a liaison between the technology teams and business stakeholders including the management of projected plans pf expansion; - Carry out technical documentation of processes, applications, API services and IT infrastructure as per nature of our business; - Identify and recommend software and applications that will improve the stability of systems and networks; - Identify and recommend new hardware, software, and applications to support future and/or complex management information systems (MIS) needs; - Carry out the implementation of technology-led change that aims to deliver increased automation and continued business process improvements in this tech based world; - To log, investigate and manage queries through JIRA and escalating problems as required; - Review solutions that meet key business requirements with a strong focus on implementing improvements that deliver business efficiency and productivity gains; - To analyse, understand and maintain key applications within the business, developing strong working relationships that facilitate a deep understanding of business challenges and opportunities; - Design and development of reporting solutions that meet business requirements; - Assist in release upgrades to Enterprise systems; - Work closely with vendors and internal teams to fix application issues; - To carry out preliminary testing of software changes; - To provide timely status updates to management and business owners; and - To comply with the risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role. - Advise in potential expansion of business in EMEA region with knowledge of non-European language by handling clients in foreign locations. Qualification & Experience: The candidate must have a degree or higher level qualification in English, Computer, Science etc. An elective or 0-1 years experience working in a similar profile Skills: - A programming language and Data Management Tools. - Knowledge of enterprise BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Trifacta etc. - Basic to Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, web-based and job-specific software applications. - Utilizes databases and systems to review and verify documentation and information. - Ability to prepare basic reports, queries, and operational information. - Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders. - Experience in people management. - Technical domain expertise - Advanced computing experience, skills.
