Allapologiesbar Limited requires a Chef de Partie to join the team based in Co. Cork. You will work in a growing restaurant to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking great food, managing and maintaining your section organisation and cleanliness and liaising with the head chef on stock and quality control and HACCP. The candidate must have relevant work experience. The standard weekly hours are 40 hours, and the wage ranges from €38,000 to €40,000 per annum depending on experience.
