Rice Equipment Sales is looking for an experienced and motivated Plant & Machinery Sales Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining positive relationships with existing customers and promoting our range of plant and construction machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Selling plant and construction machinery to new and existing customers
- Developing new leads and business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships
- Providing customers with product information and quotations
- Following up on enquiries and sales opportunities
- Representing the company professionally with customers and at industry events
- Managing customer enquiries and sales activity both from the office and remotely
- Providing regular sales updates and reporting directly to management
- Working closely with management to support business growth

Requirements:
- Previous experience in plant, machinery, agricultural, construction or related sales is preferred
- Good knowledge of plant and construction machinery would be an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently
- Full clean driving licence
- Good organisational and customer service skills

- Base salary starting from €40,000 per year
