The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, assembly, installation, repair, adjustment, testing and maintenance of bicycles and their mechanical components, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and efficiency within the workshop. Key Responsibilities: • Inspect bicycles to identify faults, wear and mechanical defects; • Assess technical specifications to determine the appropriate repair methods; • Assemble, install, adjust and replace bicycle parts, mechanical components and sub-assemblies; • Carry out bicycle repairs, servicing and mechanical maintenance; • Test bicycles following repairs and perform any necessary mechanical adjustments; • Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections. Requirements: • Previous experience in the assembly, repair and mechanical maintenance of bicycles; • Knowledge of workshop tools and equipment and their safe use; • Ability to identify mechanical faults and carry out bicycle repairs; • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality and safety.
