Chef de Partie Location: Zuni Restaurant, Kilkenny Hours: 39 hours per week Zuni Restaurant in Kilkenny is hiring a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team. This role is perfect for a passionate professional eager to contribute to exceptional dining experiences. We can offer accommodation if required. Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail. Ensure all dishes meet quality and food safety standards while minimising waste. Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. Collaborate effectively with the team for smooth, timely service. Requirements At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. Proficiency in cooking techniques and working under pressure. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU. Culinary training or certifications (preferred but not essential).
