Sofina Foods is currently seeking Meat Processing Operatives to join our production team at our Callan facility. We are looking for motivated individuals with a background in primary processing to help us deliver high-quality products to our customers. This is a role for those who value precision, safety, and working within a world-class food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Processing: Expertly process and prepare meat products according to strict customer and company specifications.

Tool & Machinery Operation: Safely and efficiently operate specialized cutting tools and industrial machinery for portioning and deboning.

Quality Excellence: Actively monitor production to ensure all products meet our high quality and hygiene standards.

Output Efficiency: Perform specialized line tasks to ensure production targets are consistently met without compromising on quality.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
Primary Processing Experience: Previous experience in a meat processing or primary food production environment is essential.

Food Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of HACCP principles and food safety protocols.

Physical Resilience: Ability to work in chilled/cold conditions and handle the physical demands of a high-volume production line.

Precision & Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure product consistency and yield optimization.

Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and a team-oriented mindset.
