Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Employer: KadroBuild Timber Ltd
Location: Coachford Business Park, Clonmoyle, Coachford, Co Cork, P12 EA37
Salary: €36,605 p.a.
Hours: 39 hrs/wk

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Working as part of a team supporting the manufacturing function of assembling timber frame panels
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on heavy and automated equipment, following strict safety standards.
Repair and adjust machinery such as, cross cutting saw, panel saws, pressing machine, gantry equipment, extractors, compressor units, Combilifts and various hand tools.
Identify faults and replace components in cylinders, valves, pumps, and compressed air networks.
Execute the alignment of motors and transmission systems. 
Perform minor welding services and repairs on the factory's metallic structures.
Cleaning and tidying of the factory to maintain a presentable and well-maintained warehouse.
Practice workplace safety at all times
Any and all other duties reasonably required and appropriate to the role

QUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION.
The candidate will hold and maintain all relevant and legally required certifications and authorisations associated with the industry requirements for the job and the nature of the work to be undertaken.
The candidate will undertake all additional training from time to time whether required by statute or reasonably required by the company.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Competence in the principles and techniques of repairing manufacturing machinery.
Ability to work independently and to provide warehouse leadership as required.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with all others encountered during operations.
