The Health Care Assistant's primary role is to deliver and achieve all outlined aims and objectives set out in each clients care plan ensuring delivery of a high standard of care within one's own home or community. They are responsible for the implementation of the requirements of the clients care plan, performing identified care duties and promoting client comfort, dignity and well-being and supporting them to remain independent within their own home.

Your responsibilities will include.


Assisting the client with activities.
Providing care and attention to all aspects of duties carried out on behalf of client.
Provide a high standard of care in compliance with our companies policies.

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential Criteria : Candidate must obtain a QQI Level 5 qualification or equivalent in a relevant healthcare discipline within 2 years of commencing employment.  2 years of working experience in a healthcare setting.
