Zero Grazing Systems Limited T/A Zero Grazer are currently recruiting 2 Maintenance Fitters for their site located at Kilnaleck Co Cavan.

A Maintenance Fitter would be responsible for installing and maintaining machinery, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

•	Machinery Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, service, and repair specialized zero-grazing machinery, mowers, feed conveyors, tractors, and associated agricultural plant equipment. 

•	Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Troubleshoot and fix complex hydraulic drives, PTO shafts, gearboxes, and pneumatic control components integral to zero-grazing units. 

•	Welding & Fabrication: Carry out metal fabrication, cutting, and MIG/arc welding repairs on steel chassis, cutting decks, and elevator components. 

•	Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled servicing plans to minimize in-season breakdowns and operational downtime.

•	Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate repair logs, manage spare parts inventory, and strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.
