Job Purpose
The Digital Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and improving the organisation’s digital operations, systems, processes and customer/employee digital experiences. The role will involve analysing existing digital workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, coordinating digital projects and supporting the effective implementation of digital solutions across the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day digital operations and digital business processes.
Review and analyse existing digital workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, usability and performance.
Support the development and implementation of digital solutions and operational improvements.
Analyse user and operational requirements and translate these into practical digital processes and solutions.
Work with internal teams and relevant technology stakeholders to coordinate digital projects and improvements.
Monitor the performance and effectiveness of digital platforms, systems and processes.
Identify opportunities to improve the digital experience of customers and employees.
Conduct user and stakeholder research to understand requirements, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain process documentation, digital workflows and operational procedures.
Support testing and implementation of new digital tools, systems and processes.
Analyse operational and digital performance data and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
Coordinate the implementation of process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
Ensure digital processes are aligned with business requirements and operational objectives.
Liaise with relevant departments to identify digital training and support requirements.
Keep up to date with developments in digital technologies, user experience and digital operations.
Provide recommendations to management on opportunities to improve digital efficiency, usability and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
A relevant third-level qualification in Interaction Design, Experience Design, Digital Design, Digital Technology, Business Technology or a related discipline
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyse user and business requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
Strong communication skills.
Good understanding of digital platforms, workflows and user-centred design principles.
