Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Operations & Business Development Executive will support the senior management in improving operational performance, implementing commercial strategies, analysing business data, developing marketing initiatives, supporting franchise operations and identifying opportunities for sustainable business growth across Company’s portfolio of businesses. The role will include, but not be limited to, the following duties: Analyse sales, operational and commercial performance data across allocated business locations and prepare management reports with recommendations for business improvement. Contribute in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational efficiency, profitability and business growth. Conduct market research, analyse customer behaviour and industry trends, and assist in developing marketing and business development strategies. Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, increase revenue and support business expansion initiatives. Assist in the preparation of business proposals, commercial presentations and strategic business plans. Coordinate operational improvement projects and support the implementation of new business systems, processes and best practices. Liaise with franchise representatives, suppliers, consultants and other business stakeholders to support commercial and operational objectives. Monitor operational compliance and support the implementation of company policies, quality assurance, food safety and regulatory standards across all the allocated stores. Prepare compliance and business performance reports and recommend improvements to operational risk management and corporate governance processes. Support store management teams where necessary. Perform such other professional business development, commercial analysis and operational improvement duties as may reasonably be assigned by senior management, consistent with the responsibilities of the position. Required Skills & Qualifications: Must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing. Master’s degree in the Business will be advantageous. Although not necessary, but any relevant experience will be considered a strength. Strong academic background in financial analysis, marketing, strategic management, and research methods. Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. (Will be assessed at interview stage.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. (Will be assessed at interview stage.) Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.
