We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hospitality and Catering Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Hospitality and Catering Services.What you'll do: Lead, motivate and develop hospitality and catering teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Manage day-to-day catering and hospitality operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation and service delivery. Monitor budgets, labour costs, stock control and financial performance to achieve business objectives. Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement. What you'll bring Food Safety qualification and a strong understanding of HACCP, health & safety and compliance requirements. Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Catering, Business Management or a related field is desirable. Proven experience managing hospitality, catering or food service operations within a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with a customer-focused approach and a passion for developing people Sodexo and our clients are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults within a regulated activity.
