Main duties: 
Operate and control concrete pumping equipment to safely and efficiently transfer and place ready-mixed concrete at construction sites.
Set up, position and prepare the concrete pump and associated equipment before commencing pumping operations.
Inspect the concrete pump, delivery lines, hoses, couplings and other equipment before use and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
Position and secure the concrete pump in accordance with site requirements and safety procedures.
Connect and disconnect concrete delivery pipes, hoses and associated equipment.
Monitor the concrete pumping process and control the flow and pressure of concrete to ensure accurate and consistent placement.
Communicate with the site manager, concrete delivery drivers, ground workers and other members of the construction team during concrete-pouring operations.
Ensure that concrete is delivered to the required location and assist with positioning the delivery hose where necessary.
Monitor the condition of pipelines and equipment during operation and take appropriate action in the event of blockages or equipment problems.
Clean the concrete pump, delivery lines, hoses and associated equipment after each operation.
Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance of the machinery and equipment.
Follow all site-specific health and safety procedures, risk assessments and safe operating practices.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Maintain records relating to equipment inspections, maintenance and operational activities where required.
Work safely and efficiently as part of the construction site team and comply with instructions from the site supervisor or manager.
A good command of English and at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field
Minimum gross annual remuneration: €37000
