Catering Assistant — Elite Cuisine

We're looking for a Catering Assistant to join our team in Cork.

The role:

Assisting with food preparation, packing and portioning
Loading and helping deliver catering orders to clients
Supporting kitchen staff with basic prep and stock rotation
Following HACCP and food safety procedures at all times
Maintaining cleanliness of prep areas and equipment
General kitchen and catering support during busy periods

Requirements:

Must hold a HACCP Level 2 certificate
Must be 25 years of age or over
Full, valid driving licence
Able and willing to drive in Ireland
Reliable, punctual and a good team player
Flexible availability, including early mornings
