Due to continued expansion, Flynn Transport Ltd is looking for 3 fully Qualified and experienced HGV Drivers to join the team in Ireland. This is a full time, permanent position based out of the Dublin yard, D18 C5C8.
Salary: €47000 - €54000 per annum, dependent on experience.
45 hrs/wk
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Checks tyres, brakes, lights, oil, water and fuel levels and general condition of the vehicle;
Drives vehicle from depot to loading/unloading point;
Agrees delivery schedule and route with transport management;
Drives vehicle to destination in accordance with schedule;
Maintains records of journey times, mileage and hours worked;
Ensures that load is evenly distributed and safely secured;
Undertakes minor repairs and notifies supervisor of any mechanical faults.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Minimum 5+ years HGV driving experience
