Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting experienced Metal Fabricators / Welders to join our expanding production team in Arklow, Co. Wicklow The Role: The successful candidates will work within our offsite manufacturing facility fabricating steel components to high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Fabrication and assembly of secondary steel components MIG welding and general workshop fabrication Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Operating fabrication machinery and hand tools safely Ensuring all work meets company quality standards Supporting production schedules and team targets Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Candidate Requirements/Qualifications: Experience in metal fabrication and welding Ability to read fabrication and engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable, motivated, and safety conscious Ability to work independently and within a team Safe Pass and Manual Handling advantageous but not essential What We Offer: Competitive pay packages Overtime opportunities Stable long-term employment Modern offsite manufacturing environment Career progression opportunities Supportive team culture Location: IDA Business & Technology Park Ballynattin Road Arklow, Co.
