CHONGQING FOOD LIMITED T/A CHONGQING NODDLE APT 1, 168 CAPLE STREET DUBLIN 1 looking for a passion chef de partie to join the team. 39 HOURS PER WEEK Responsibilities: *Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications *Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently *Maintain highest level of hygiene standards whilst adhering to health & safety standards *Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment *Restock items as needed throughout the shift *Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards *Attend training as required *Carry out any other reasonable request from a member of management Requirement *Minimum 2 years’ experience in a kitchen at Chef de Partie with chinese dish *Passion for cooking and eagerness to develop new skills *Strong teamwork and communication skills *Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen *Maintaining high level of health and safety standards.
