Senior Chef de Partie *The Wyatt Hotel, Westport, Co. Mayo* The Wyatt Hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food, works well as part of a team and is ready to take greater responsibility within the kitchen. *Key responsibilities:* * Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard * Taking responsibility for an assigned section of the kitchen * Supporting the Head Chef and senior kitchen team during service * Assisting with the training and supervision of junior chefs * Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards * Monitoring stock, reducing waste and supporting effective portion control * Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised and ready for service * Contributing positively to a professional and respectful working environment *The ideal candidate will:* * Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie * Be confident working in a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen * Have strong food preparation, presentation and organisational skills * Be reliable, flexible and able to remain calm during busy services * Have a good understanding of HACCP and food safety requirements * Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends * Have the right to work in Ireland We offer a competitive rate of pay based on experience, meals while on duty and opportunities for further development and progression.
