The Opportunity
The role will contribute to the company’s growth by developing and strengthening its online presence. It will focus on increasing traffic, creating engaging experiences, maximising the visibility of the stores across its digital channels and driving online sales, while bringing together the physical and virtual sides of the business.
The role will use customer insight and performance data to identify opportunities, improve the customer journey and deliver stronger commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Shopify
Manage the company’s Shopify store and online product catalogue, including product information, imagery, categories, pricing, variants and inventory.
Maintain accurate and engaging website content and product presentation.
Manage day-to-day e-commerce updates, including new products, stock changes and promotional activity.
Identify opportunities to improve online product visibility and customer experience.

Digital Marketing & Content
Create and manage product-focused content across the company’s digital channels.
Plan and publish Instagram content featuring new products, collections and promotional activity.
Support digital campaigns and promotional activity across online and retail channels.
Monitor customer engagement and content performance and contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand visibility.

Commercial Performance & Store Coordination
Monitor sales and product performance across online and retail locations.
Produce regular performance reports and identify customer preferences, product trends and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate product, stock and promotional information between the stores and online channels.
Support new collection launches, in-store events and campaigns through coordinated digital activity.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or online retail.
Relevant qualification or professional training in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related discipline.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage digital activities independently.
Good understanding of retail, online customer engagement and digital product presentation.
