What you'll do Lead a team of GMP Cleaners - ensuring high standards are maintained across the site Help our teams maintain a welcoming environment, completing your list of daily cleaning tasks Support with incoming tasks, providing a speedy and spotless service Help us keep our teams safe through safety and sanitation procedures What you'll bring Previous supervisory experience - ideally in a cleaning or manufacturing environment Knowledge of healthy and safety or COSHH standards You’re flexible and ready to jump into whatever the day brings You're a team player with good spoken and written communication skills
