Printg Holdings Ltd T/A Printglaze are looking for two CNC Operators to join their team in Cherry Orchard Industrial Est, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10. D10 Y009. This is a full time permanent position. 40 hours a week. Salary €37,544.00 - €39,000.00. 
Duties include but are not limited to: 
Operate CNC print finishing machinery, including digital cutting tables, CNC routers, die cutting systems, and automated finishing equipment.
Set up machines by loading job files, adjusting parameters, selecting tools, and preparing materials according to job specifications.
Monitor machine performance during production runs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
Perform routine machine checks, including calibration, tool changes, blade replacements, and alignment adjustments.
Read and interpret production job sheets, artwork layouts, cutting paths, and finishing instructions.
Carry out finishing tasks such as trimming, creasing, scoring, laminating, mounting, and packaging of completed print products.
Conduct quality inspections on finished items to verify dimensions, cut accuracy, and overall presentation.
Identify and report machine faults, material defects, or production issues to supervisors promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with company safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
Record production output, machine usage, and job completion details in line with internal reporting requirements.
Assist with general print finishing operations when required, including manual finishing tasks and workflow support.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a CNC Operator, Print Finisher, Machine Operative, or similar role.
Experience in a printing, packaging, signage, or manufacturing environment is desirable.
