Kildare, W91 XN4V Contract Type: Permanent, Full‑time Career Level: Entry Level Salary: €36,605 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week Remote/Blended Working: No (on‑site only) Number of Positions: 4 About the Role We are seeking motivated Chef de Partie candidates to join our kitchen team in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is an entry‑level chef role suitable for candidates with some kitchen experience who are ready to take responsibility for a section. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in a busy kitchen Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g. starters, mains, sauces) Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Good teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and develop as a chef Food safety/hygiene training is an advantage What We Offer Permanent, full‑time position Competitive salary of €36,605 per annum 39 hours per week Opportunity to develop your culinary skills and career Supportive and professional kitchen environment How to Apply Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to: smokingoatnaas@gmail.com
