GRIAN52 is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrician to join our renewable energy installation team.

The successful candidate will work on residential and commercial renewable-energy projects, including solar PV systems, hybrid inverters, battery energy storage systems, EV chargers and associated electrical installations.

The position involves installation, commissioning, fault-finding, maintenance and customer handover of renewable-energy systems throughout Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

* Install residential and commercial solar PV systems.
* Carry out AC and DC electrical installation associated with PV systems.
* Install and commission hybrid and grid-connected inverters.
* Install and configure battery energy storage systems.
* Install EV charging equipment.
* Install AC/DC isolators, protection devices, distribution equipment and associated cabling.
* Test, inspect and commission completed installations.
* Diagnose and repair faults on existing solar PV, inverter and battery systems.
* Configure inverter, battery and monitoring platforms.
* Verify system performance following commissioning.
* Complete electrical testing and installation documentation.
* Assist with upgrades and modifications to existing electrical installations.
* Read and work from electrical schematics, PV designs and site drawings.
* Ensure installations comply with current Irish electrical regulations, Safe Electric requirements, ESB Networks requirements and applicable standards.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, housekeeping and site safety.
* Communicate professionally with customers during installations and service visits.
