Bar and waiting Staff
Co. Kerry, Ireland

Full-Time Permanent Position | Minimum 1-Year Commitment | Staff Accommodation | Immediate/ASAP Start

Live & Work On Ireland's Spectacular Kerry Coast

An established independent hospitality business in the area of Co. Kerry is recruiting experienced Bar & Waiting Assistants for permanent full-time positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for more than simply another hospitality job.

The position combines stable long-term employment, extremely affordable staff accommodation and the opportunity to live in one of Ireland's most beautiful coastal regions.
For someone who prefers nature, outdoor activities, coastal living and a smaller community rather than the expense and pressure of a large city, this offers a very attractive quality of life.

Salary & Working Hours
Starting hourly rate: €14.15–€14.50 gross per hour, depending on experience
Guaranteed minimum: 37.5 hours per week
Additional hours are regularly available and are often required
During the high season and other busy periods, employees typically work approximately 45 hours per week
Candidates must therefore be comfortable with the flexibility required within a busy hospitality operation, particularly during peak periods

Combined with the very low cost of staff accommodation, this provides a competitive overall employment and relocation package.
Candidates must have:

Minimum 2 years' relevant hospitality experience
Strong practical experience across both bar and waiting/table service
The ability to work confidently without requiring basic hospitality training
Good spoken English and customer communication skills
Professional customer-service standards
The ability to work independently when required
A flexible attitude towards duties and working patterns
The ability to work effectively within a smaller team

Previous experience within a small hotel, restaurant, pub or independently managed hospitality business would be a significant advantage.
This role does not have Visa support unfortunately.
