Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Cleaner required for the Education & Rights Resource Centre in Churchfield and the Gate Lodge in St Marys Campus, Gurranabraher. The role requires cleaning of both centres and ensuring that the centres are cleaned daily, this involves, cleaning of rooms, preparing rooms for use for the various groups that use them. Ensuring that the bathroom facilities are clean after each group.  Proper use of the various cleaning products, putting up wet floor signage, cleaning windows and setting up Tea & Coffee facilities when needed, serving of refreshments when required and washing up after refreshments are served.  The roster is based mainly over 5 days Mon-Thursday or Friday from 9 to 2pm.
