About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and energetic Deli Supervisor to join our busy team. You will help lead daily deli operations, provide great customer service, and keep high food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support team members during food prep and counter service. Ensure full compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point - food safety hygiene rules). Monitor stock levels, place orders, and reduce waste. Drive sales and maintain an attractive deli counter layout. Train and coach new staff members. Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a deli or food service role. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Good communication and leadership skills' A positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
