Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Togher Meals On Wheels has been operating since 1977.  They currently have a vacancy for a Cook/Kitchen Assistant

Duties are as follows:
To cook good, wholesome, quality meals for approximately 30 people 3 days per week.
Successful candidate will be required to oversee the operational aspects of the kitchen communicating with the committee, volunteers and clients
Prepare food and cook it on-site
Cleaning of toilet area
Be willing to undergo training, e.g. Health & Safety and HACCP Courses
