Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
A Gardener vacancy has arisen for the SMA Parish Centre, Wilton, Cork. An individual who has a keen interest in gardening should apply. The tasks entail but are not exclusive to the following: - weeding, cutting grass, trimming hedges and edging lawns. Sowing seeds and planting, care of plants. feeding, pruning, staking etc., Attending to the health and safety aspect including storing tools and pesticides safely, using appropriate clothing and safety shoes. Planning and execution of design ideas is important within this role. This is a role for an enthusiastic individual who has a keen eye for gardening, knows the seasons and ensures that there is interest and colour all year round in the area.
